Meanwhile ‘real life’ keeps happening and sometimes stressors can pile up and get in the way of participating the way you’d ideally like to.
After listening to and supporting university and college students for over 10 years my best advice is to talk to someone and put support in place early. It’s your life. If stressors stack up, put the support in place that will help you get back on track and even learn something about yourself in the process.
My aim is to listen well. Often that helps in itself. Then bring some new insights or strategies. Working with you, we plan a way through the tricky stuff. So you can get back to the bigger game of building the life and future you truly desire.
